SUSTAINABLE CITIZEN ACTION FOR BETTER PUBLIC SERVICES

A key area for improvement of SABI’s overall sustainability is to shift its focus from problem identification for citizen action to increased work on problem-solving processes and skills. This means less investment of time on the citizen perception survey and more work.

on facilitating and monitoring action plans, accountable governance pathways and policy literacy, ideally through infographics. Identifying public service problems without consolidating work on the resolution of those problems limits sustainability as it does not close the action plan cycle properly.
